Its that time of the year for our AGM.

AGM
Our AGM will be held on the Monday 26th April.  It is important that everyone in the club attends, so if you’re reading this and are a member this means you!!!!

• The AGM is where we amend (add/change/delete) things to our constitution which will help the club.
• Anyone is allowed to submit an amendment, which could be concerning anything within the constitution and club.
• All amendments must be emailed Gemma by Saturday 17th April.
• If they do not reach me by this date the issue will not be raised at the meeting as they will not appear in the agenda.
• At the AGM only issues on the agenda will be raised so it is important to email me anything you feel needs raising.

Nominations will also open at the AGM for people to run for positions in next years committee, the positions that are open are:

• Captain
• Vice Captain/ Coach
• Treasurer
• Secretary
• Social Secretary
• Equipment Officer

I’m currently working on adding information to the categories on the side, focussing mainly on “Other Helpful Stuff” as there is a lot of information do put into that section. However, this may take some time as quite a bit of the information is in the process of being written at the moment

Hey,

Does anyone want to go to Chippenham’s Double FITA on the Easter Bank Holiday 3rd & 4th April 2010.

It is a record status event with rounds, FITA & Metric 1, 2 & 3.

If anyone wants to go, accommodation and transport to the competition is sorted as people can stay at my house, (this depends on if I am also in the competition).

I will bring the entry from to archery this Saturday if people want to look at the information. It will cost £19 for both days and £10 for the Saturday.

The website is currently lacking photos at the moment, so if you have any archery related photos from last year’s shoots (both Uni and others), socials or anything random and connected to the club, then can you please put them into a compressed zip folder (right click -> send to -> compressed (zipped) folder) and email them to: archery@wigouche.co.uk

Welcome to the new archery website. We know many of the wizzy things still aren’t working at the moment, but Rhodri and Peter are doing their best to get things up and running as soon as they can.
